Summary: We initially had a room that had an issue with a terrible odor coming from the shower drain. They were prompt to provide us with a new room. Turned out to be a better space than our first one. I appreciated their willingness to help resolve the issue.

Summary: Really happy with our stay - staff were really welcoming, the reception smelled great and was well maintained. The room isn't cleaned daily (which is not a complaint - I prefer the more sustainable approach) so when I had to pop down to reception to ask for more coffee sachets, the staff were really helpful. The room was perfectly proportioned with excellent amenities and spotlessly clean. We chose to use the kitchen for two dinners, the correct utensils were available for a basic meal. The bed was comfy, and the sofa was of decent size to sit us two adults. Couldn't fault the location either. We had a great stay - thank you to the cleaning and reception staff!

Summary: great hotel, clean and smelled amazing from the moment you walk in, comfortable rooms and a lot of space. The staff can be friendlier and more accommodating, we got there a little less than an hour before check in and they said they could give us a room for an additional price??? I have been to many hotels in my life and I have never heard of that before. Meanwhile someone who arrived after us got to go their room right away. Otherwise, great location and nice hotel
